Everything is great

I've just uploaded my first area of learning. I've spent too much time
to prepare it. Unfortunately, I've no idea if it is okay or not!
I am waiting for the comments especially from Mr. Temizel.
It is saturday night! Don't pitty me because I've just come home a few minutes ago.
I've worked on my first AOL through the week and I've done the last check
from morning till noon today.
Everthing is great...

Doing Feeling Watching Thinking

I haven’t done anything else from working and studying since last week ;o)
Althought, I had completed my assignment- job description on last Friday, I uploaded it on Sunday. I decided to write it more detailed. I believe that experience is not just the work you have done, it is also the things you have lived during that period. I tried to add the working environment, things which went wrong etc. I think that it will reflect my experience and job description more precisely.
Anyway, I’m not behind the plan that I published last week.
According to the plan, I should be listing my areas of learnings in these days.
I’m reading the handouts and thinking about my experiences and what I’ve learned in my proffesional life. I know that every responsibility in life makes you more sophisticated. I’m skimming my CV again. It is hard to find out!!!
I think I’ll try all learning styles and models begining with Kolb’s by treating my areas of learnings as a tasteful dish or a great movie or whatever I want!

1. Desining, implementing new software for ERP projects... hmmm very tasty
2. Testing.... disgusting
3. Learning business activities such as inventory control, order tracking, customer service, finance and human resources during analysis phase ... tardy like soap opera tales
4. team management ... more dramatic
5. software project management ... a tragic comic drama
6. customer realtionship ...skilled director
7. user training ... easy
8. lecturing on my fields of expertise ... watching is always better
9. presales and sales ... nothing to say just try out

My First RAL Plan

This is my first ral plan. I've tried hard to organize it in a table. Unfortunately, I've realised that my blog does not support tables or I suppose so.

First Task - CV
Deadline: 21st Oct 90 % Complete
Explanation :Completed indeed but I may need to update in future

Second Task - Job Description
Deadline: 28th Oct 0 % Complete
Explanation : Unfortunately not a step further. Good news: I plan to start today!

Third Task - List of titles for areas of learning
Deadline: 04th Nov 0 % Complete
Explanation: I have no idea. I hope to find something effective!

Fourth Task - Working up one area of learning
Deadline: From 04th till the end of the year 0 % Complete
Explanation: Easy there!!!!

Actually, this is a very simple plan. However, simplicity does not mean that it is useless!!! I usually adhere to my plans unless I don’t go shopping or start sporting regularly again or try some new dishes or read some fashion magazines or watch some stupid soap operas or go out with friends to drink or feel exhausted.

IK Project Meeting

Today, I have an important meeting. I must be ready for the that. There is going to be members from four different companies. Two of them are from the subcontractor companies, me from the contractor and the three from the implementing acency. I have a the responsibility of arranging meetings, following up the calendar and completion of issues, assigning new issues to subcontractor companies and implementing agency, reporting regulary to implementing agency and my company...vs.
Assigning tasks to team members from different companies, controlling the tasks which are said to be completed(!!), follow up the unfinished ones, explain the reasons of being behind the schedule...
These tasks seem to be easy for most of the people , but these are actually not easy.
You can not trust people from different companies, even in your company. One says that everthing is okey and all tasks are finished, but they are not!!!! Then you warn about the unfinished tasks in order to make them to complete. In short, it is hard to work in a distrustful environment. One should cover himself .
Because of the reasons above I have to be prepared for the meetings. Meetings are the only environments that you ask questions to every party get the true answers , false answers or wrong answers, check the previous issue list by asking every person in charge of doing that, warning the ones behind the schedule and reschedule them, preparing new issue list with specified deadlines and persons in charge. Besides, after all meetings I give out the meeting records to every participant. That means that every task, every assignee, every word, every issue is properly documented. This documents are really important for me.
